Job summary

EchoStar is hiring for an on-site role at 3 ADP Boulevard, Roseland, New Jersey, offering a base hourly rate with uncapped commissions and a strong ETE potential. The position emphasizes consultative selling, inbound calls, and a fast-track promotion plan within the first year.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; full-time schedule may include evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Call center or sales experience is a bonus but not required; comprehensive paid training provided.
• Training time is compensated at the regular hourly base pay rate.
• Ability to persuade, uncover customer needs and communicate product value effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound callers to identify connectivity needs and sell TV, internet and wireless products.
• Navigate objections and demonstrate the long-term value of EchoStar products.
• Track daily metrics, rebound quickly from tough calls, and refine the pitch.
• Operate with integrity and deliver exceptional customer experiences on every call.
