EchoStar Roseland is seeking a retention sales specialist to handle incoming calls and turn objections into high-commission wins, on-site at 3 ADP Boulevard, Roseland, NJ. You will work in a fast-paced environment with real-time AI assistance and a clear path to rapid advancement.

Base pay is guaranteed with uncapped commissions; estimated OTE is $70k, with top performers earning $100k+. Training is provided, and a full benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's/Bachelor's a plus.
• Call center experience is a plus, but not required—we will train you on advanced de-escalation techniques.
• Willing to work full-time, with shift flexibility.

Responsibilities
