Job summary

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, seeks a Receiving Coordinator to support inbound logistics and warehouse receiving operations at our Mount Pleasant, WI facility. The role coordinates shipments, monitors freight from pickup to receipt, and ensures accurate processing.

You will partner with customer logistics teams, carriers, and internal warehouse staff to resolve issues, maintain records, and drive efficient material flow while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, receiving, or related environment.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills coordinating with customers, carriers, warehouse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse/logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving activities between customer logistics teams, carriers, and internal warehouse personnel.
• Monitor inbound shipments from pickup through delivery and final receipt.
• Track and manage aged in-transit shipments, identifying delays and service issues.
• Investigate and resolve in-transit shipment gaps within established timelines.
• Escalate critical shipment delays and operational concerns to management and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment and receiving records in warehouse and logistics systems.
• Follow up with carriers to obtain delivery confirmations and resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse receiving and inbound transportation.
