Job summary

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Material Handling Manager to lead material handling operations and coordinate internal logistics in support of manufacturing and production activities. You will oversee daily material flow, inventory control, warehousing, and line-side delivery, and lead material handling teams across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or logistics within manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead material handling, warehousing, receiving, kitting, and internal logistics operations.
• Supervise and develop material handling teams across shifts.
• Coordinate material flow to production lines based on schedules and BOM.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Utilize ERP/WMS/MES systems to track inventory and generate reports.
