You will coordinate daily outbound shipments, ensure orders are processed timely, and maintain clear communication across customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate/bachelor preferred in related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with customers, carriers, and teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to learn ERP/WMS/TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments and ensure orders are processed on time.
• Communicate order priorities and shipment status with warehouse operations and carriers.
• Notify customers of shipment status, delivery schedules, and changes; resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records; track shipments in ERP/WMS/TMS.
