Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospective clients.
• Qualify seller leads based on motivation, timeline, and property condition.
• Maintain and manage a daily pipeline of leads in the CRM.
• Build rapport with homeowners to overcome objections and engagement.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Acquisitions team.
• Prioritize leads and determine readiness to engage.
• Attend training meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting the sales team.
