Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions from signed contract through closing.
• Track deadlines, documents, title requirements, and outstanding items.
• Review title commitments and identify potential problems.
• Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, sellers, buyers, and vendors.
• Manage and follow up on title-curative items including liens, payoffs, probate, heirship, and missing documents.
• Review settlement statements and closing documents for accuracy.
• Keep clients informed and set expectations throughout the process.
• Handle difficult conversations professionally when problems arise.
• Identify potential delays and solve problems before they affect closing.
• Maintain accurate and organized transaction files.
• Audit transactions and help improve systems that prevent mistakes.
