Job summary

DKSH North America is seeking a Procurement Management Specialist based in Dallas, TX. You will manage end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay processes, ensuring timely PO creation in SAP and proactive supplier follow-ups to support inbound supply chain performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, verify vendor documents against purchase orders, and resolve issues quickly while maintaining clear communications with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of P2P processes and supplier management.
• Experience with SAP-based PO creation.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders clearly.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create timely and accurate Purchase Orders in SAP, converting PRs to POs and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance of vendor documents with PO details (pricing, products, quantities).
• Coordinate supplier follow-ups and provide shipment dates to stakeholders.
• Identify and address issues in order fulfillment with effective problem-solving.
