Job summary

KUKA in the United States is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage internal purchase requisitions for the NAM region, negotiate pricing, and coordinate supplier onboarding. You will ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain vendor data in ERP systems.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an operations discipline or equivalent experience, plus hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, SAP ERP, and SharePoint to support sourcing workflows and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in operations discipline (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, Engineering) or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP ERP (S/4HANA), and SharePoint for purchasing workflows.
• Experience in supplier management, cost savings, and procurement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal purchase requisitions across NAM region for Robotics unit.
• Purchase direct and indirect materials & services aligned with requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing and lead times.
• Track and document cost savings, sourcing decisions, and audit documentation.
• Review invoices, resolve discrepancies, and support Accounts Payable as needed.
• Maintain vendor records, pricing agreements, and audit-ready documentation.
