Job summary

RENOSY by Renters Warehouse in Tempe, AZ seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to convert inbound leads from property owners and investors into signed contracts for our property management services. You will qualify leads, present tailored solutions, and manage proposals and pricing.

This full-time role reports to sales leadership, requires a real estate license, 3+ years in sales, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of converting leads into clients in property management, real estate, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of property management services, landlord needs, and rental market dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and engage inbound leads from various channels (website, referrals, marketing campaigns, phone inquiries).
• Conduct discovery calls to understand property owner’s needs and assess fit for our services.
• Present tailored solutions and service offerings to prospects using clear, value-based messaging.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and contract documentation.
• Manage and update leads through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve the customer acquisition process.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for closed contracts and conversion rates.
• Maintain deep knowledge of offerings, local market trends, and competitors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Participate in rollout of company initiatives and strategic programs.
