Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC is seeking a patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our Telemedicine Services team. In this role, you will support a virtual care experience by coordinating patient care with providers and clinic teams.

You will handle documentation in the EHR, communicate about lab results, schedule follow-ups, and assist with payments, all while delivering a compassionate patient experience in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant certification is required.
• Experience in telemedicine or clinical coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients receiving telemedicine care.

Medical Assistant – Telemedicine Services

Ready to be part of something exciting? SynergenX is growing our Telemedicine Services team, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused Medical Assistant to join us!

As a Telemedicine MA, you’ll be an important part of our virtual care experience—connecting patients, providers, and clinic teams to make sure every patient receives the support and care they need. If you’re organized, compassionate, a great communicator, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in keeping our telemedicine services running smoothly and making sure our patients feel supported every step of the way.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients receiving telemedicine care.
• Work closely with telehealth providers and clinic teams to coordinate seamless patient care.
• Prepare, update, and maintain accurate patient documentation in the EHR.
• Communicate with patients regarding normal lab results and provide education when appropriate.
• Respond quickly and professionally to patient questions, escalating clinical concerns to providers when needed.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and assist with payment processing.
• Stay on top of open patient concerns and follow through until they are resolved.
• Create a positive, compassionate patient experience through every interaction.
• Support the Telehealth Supervisor with reporting, tracking, and day-to-day operational needs.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

In-Office: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
Remote: Wednesday & Friday

Pay: $19.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For

• Active Medical Assistant certification required
• Previous experience in telemedicine, virtual care, or clinical coordination is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping patients
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay on top of multiple patient needs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records
• Dependable, positive, and professional with a strong commitment to patient confidentiality
• A patient-first mindset and a desire to make a difference
