Job summary

Clark Associates, Inc. is seeking an Inbound Material Handler to unload, check in and stock inventory in the warehouse. The role uses ERP systems and warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to maintain accurate, efficient inbound operations.

The candidate will load and unload deliveries, receive items in the ERP system, move pallets, scan locations, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines while supporting daily warehouse goals.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience and safe handling practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory receiving.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in inventory control.
• Ability to work with warehouse safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload live domestic deliveries from trailers using forklift equipment or unload import containers by hand.
• Use ERP system to receive inventory accurately and prepare for storage.
• Move palletized product using pallet jacks or forklift to organize receiving area.
• Scan and place inventory in racks using scanners for warehouse operations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers following safety protocols.
• Meet performance targets for efficiency, accuracy and quality of work.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment and report hazards.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Adhere to company and warehouse policies and adapt to other duties as needed.
