Job summary

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support packing associates, line feeders and stackers to maintain a safe, organized operation.
• Coordinate work priorities with line supervisors to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
• Assign crew tasks to maximize department efficiency.
• Enforce safety methods and HACCP guidelines at all times.
