Reliant Home Funding is seeking motivated recent graduates to join our Consumer Direct Mortgage team. No mortgage experience is required, and we sponsor licensing—training you from the ground up with a steady flow of inbound leads.

Responsabilidades

• Work company-provided inbound leads (no cold calling).
• Speak with prospective borrowers and assess their needs.
• Learn and explain mortgage products in a simple way.
• Guide clients through the loan application process.
• Build and manage a pipeline of active borrowers.
• Work closely with processors and underwriters to close loans.
• Develop sales skills and consistently improve performance.
