Qualifications

• Active NMLS license or eligibility required.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Experience converting inbound opportunities into funded loans.
• Experience in consumer direct or call center mortgage lending.
• Strong consultative sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective borrowers.
• Educate customers on loan products, rates, terms, and options.
• Assess financials, credit, income, assets, and borrowing needs.
• Recommend loan solutions that meet customer goals.
• Guide applicants through the loan process from application to closing.
• Collect and verify income, employment, and asset documents.
• Maintain communication on status and required items.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and closers.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.
• Convert qualified leads to funded loans and manage pipeline.
• Aim to meet/exceed production and customer satisfaction targets.
