Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Chalfont, PA is seeking an Inbound Materials Handler to unload, receive, store and manage materials in our warehouse, using ERP systems and strict inventory controls. You will support production, coordinate inbound shipments and help maintain a safe, organized, compliant work environment.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, forklift experience (certification preferred), proficiency in MS Office, and the flexibility of a Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Previous warehousing or manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming materials from trailers using PITs and stage for processing.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, post receipts to ERP, and store materials.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries with supply and commercial teams.
• Assist production readiness and material handling for future runs.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support outbound shipping as needed and operate warehouse equipment safely.
