Owens & Minor is seeking an IBD Analyst to manage inbound deliveries and data integrity across distribution centers. This role acts as a liaison between Supply Chain, IT, and DC operations to ensure timely receipt and accurate SAP records.

The position emphasizes high-volume transaction processing, collaboration with buyers and planners, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactional work and data accuracy.
• Experience with SAP systems like VL31N, VL32N, ME22N is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create Inbound Deliveries (IBDs) in SAP VL31N for container receipts.
• Validate delivery dates using P2D and Yard reports for accuracy.
• Update IBD delivery dates in SAP ME22N after Goods Receipt changes.
• Maintain alignment between POs, IBDs, and transit timelines.
• Produce and distribute a Weekly IBD Tracking Report.
• Monitor inbound flows across multiple DCs and stakeholders.
• Investigate IBD failures and escalate IT issues to resolve.
• Coordinate with DC teams and Supply Chain on inventory health.
• Support inventory projects and cost-reduction initiatives across the network.
