AbbVie Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Distribution Analyst to own daily outbound execution across US distribution centers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehousing and delivery performance.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing or distribution and strong analytics, with extensive SAP/SAP IDOC, S/4, JDA and WMS knowledge. A Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain is preferred, and the position focuses on end-to-end order fulfillment excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; business or supply chain background.
• 5 years in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain management.
• Hands-on analytics experience to monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and root causes.
• Knowledge of SAP, S/4, JDA, and external WMS platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day outbound operational support across all US/PR distribution centers, ensuring consistent execution of order fulfillment and carrier handoffs.
• Perform daily delivery monitoring and open delivery reviews to identify aging deliveries, delayed pick/pack activity, blocked orders, or shipment discrepancies.
• Lead resolution of delivery blocks, push requests, zero-pick investigations, and warehouse cancellations with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as escalation point for Customer Service by investigating order fulfillment issues and delivery status concerns.
• Monitor and resolve outbound SAP IDOC issues with BTS, 3PL partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth system-to-system flows.
• Support Value Added Services by coordinating readiness, timing, inventory, labeling and packaging requirements.
• Support HVR/LVR processes by monitoring activity, coordinating with centers, and prioritizing actions.
• Assist product complaint returns (OZ requests) by coordinating returns and tracking closure.
• Analyze distribution data to identify efficiency gains and improve warehousing and delivery performance.
• Identify and address distribution inefficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
