Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking an IBD Analyst to manage inbound deliveries across multiple distribution centers. You will create and track SAP IBDs, align POs with deliveries and adjust timelines as goods move through transit.

The role supports network inventory health and continuous improvement initiatives, interfacing with Supply Chain, IT, and DC operations. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in distribution or logistics, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP and WMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in distribution, supply chain, inventory management or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Inbound Deliveries (IBDs) in SAP (VL31N) per container.
• Add container information to corresponding IBD deliveries and validate dates.
• Cross-reference P2D and Yard reports to ensure line accuracy.
• Update delivery dates in SAP (ME22N) based on Goods Receipt changes.
• Maintain a Weekly IBD Tracking Report for visibility across DCs.
• Investigate and resolve IBD failures; escalate IT issues as needed.
