MAHLE Filter Systems North America, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Murfreesboro, TN to oversee material handlers and related processes. The role includes operating electric forklifts, managing shipping/receiving tasks, and enforcing 5S and safety standards across shifts.

Responsibilities emphasize leadership, communication, and coordination with internal and external customers. A high school diploma and relevant experience are required; SAP proficiency is beneficial.

• 3 years of Shipping/Receiving experience.
• 1 year of information systems experience.

• Ability to work all designated shifts.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for oversight of all logistics material handlers and related processes, and equipment. In addition, may be required to perform the functions of the material handler position as needed. Drives electric powered industrial truck equipped with devices, such as forklift, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier or move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse, storage yard, or factory. Incumbent will provide leadership to supervised employees by exercising good communication techniques, supporting the company’s policies and procedures and treating all employees fairly and in accordance with MAHLE standards.
