Job summary

MAHLE is seeking an SAP Coordinator in Olive Branch, MS to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse transactions. This role connects warehouse operations with customer service and management to maintain reliable distributions.

Entry-level production/ logistics, full-time. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, 401K with match, health/dental/vision/life insurance, and PPE provided. Overnight shift premiums apply and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP and WMS preferred.

Your contribution;

The SAP Coordinator serves as the operational expert responsible for maintaining the accuracy of inventory, warehouse transactions, and system data within SAP for their Department. This role acts as a critical link between warehouse operations, inventory control, customer service, transportation, and management to ensure efficient and accurate distribution processes.

Your experience and qualification;

• High school diploma or GED preferred (required by many employers).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills for inventory transactions and warehouse management systems (WMS, SAP preferred).
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or shift schedules as needed.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and equipment certification requirements (where applicable).
