Job summary

Element TV Company, LP is seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage inbound logistics, receipt accuracy, and inventory control. The role emphasizes close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to keep inbound operations cost-effective and reliable.

The ideal candidate will have proven inbound coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite. This position is based in Northern Kentucky with standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inbound coordination or logistics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in orders and inventory.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and suppliers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and process material receiving in NetSuite.
• Coordinate inbound shipments with internal teams and carriers.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners for timely receipt and storage.
• Review inbound forecasts and develop action plans for capacity risks.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Continuously evaluate processes to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
