Job summary

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer) for a large client in Flower Mound, TX. You will work in a fast-paced distribution center helping with shipping/receiving, quality checks, and inventory control using RF Scanners.

Typical duties include picking and packing orders, loading/unloading pallets, and operating warehouse tools. Overtime is available; benefits include health coverage and weekly pay through a trusted staffing partner.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and prepare orders in an organized shipping/receiving area.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Load and unload pallets; scan items into inventory using RF Scanner.
• Safely use warehouse equipment including pallet jack, RF Scanner, computers, and handheld printers.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance and report unsafe conditions.

Job description

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates (Picker/Packer) for a large, well-known client in Flower Mound,TX. As a Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:

• Shipping & Receiving (Picker / Packer)
• Quality Assurance
• Inventory Control (RF Scanners)

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $16.00 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shifts include Monday-Friday 6am-3pm . Overtime is available on a first come , first serve basis.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer):

• Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments.
• Load and unload pallets. Scan items into inventory control system using RF Scanner.
• Safely & efficiently use warehouse equipment including pallet jack, hydraulic jack, RF Scanner, computers, and handheld printers.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.

Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer):

• Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
