SURESTAFF is hiring Assemblers (Manufacturing) in Plano, TX for a large client. You will operate machinery, assemble, package, and inspect metal doors and frames to ensure quality and on-time delivery. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation starts at $18 per hour with benefits including health insurance and a referral bonus program; overtime is available. Temp-to-hire opportunities reflect strong performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic assembling, machine operating, material handling, and inspecting functions for metal doors and frames.
• Perform pre-assembly set-up and functions as required.
• Maintain work area and equipment by proper cleaning and organizing.
• Ensure product and process quality through appropriate inspection and packing process.
• Maintain efficiency and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Stack, pack, count, and label completed parts that are ready for distribution.

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Assemblers (Manufacturing) for a large, well-known client in Plano TX. As an Assembler (Manufacturing), you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer.

The Assembler (Manufacturing) is responsible for operating machinery for the purpose of assembling, manufacturing, and/or packaging product. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire e mployees are offered competitive compensation $18 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shifts include Monday-Friday 6am-3:30pm . Overtime is available on afirst come,first servebasis.
