Job summary

Fair Trade Outsourcing, a fast-growing BPO with a mission to create sustainable employment, seeks an entry-level Sales Representative to handle inbound calls about our insurance services. You will join a supportive team and contribute to a positive customer experience.

This role offers training, licensing paths, a predictable schedule from 7am to 7pm CST weekdays and 8am to 3pm CST Saturdays, and opportunities to grow within the BPO industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CSR experience of six months or English proficiency - Mid level.
• Excellent customer service with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong oral and written communication; telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Availability 7am–7pm CST Monday to Friday and Saturday 8am–3pm CST.
• 1–2 years of experience working with customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding insurance services to establish new insurance policies.
• Maintain proper telephone etiquette and provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Adhere to established call center guidelines and company policies while answering calls.
• Work effectively with co-workers, agents, policyholders, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries, communicating results by phone or written correspondence to policyholders, agents, or other departments.
• Perform computer inquiries and data entry related to customer accounts.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain records and policy files according to established guidelines.
• Ensure regular and predictable attendance in meetings with a defined work schedule.
• Engage in bonus incentive programs upon successful completion of training and licensing requirements.
