Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding insurance services and establish new policies.

• Follow call center guidelines and company policies during calls.
• Collaborate with teammates, agents, policyholders, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Research customer inquiries and communicate results via phone or written correspondence.
