Job summary

Confie Insurance Services in Modesto, CA is hiring an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) to grow nonstandard auto insurance sales with inbound leads. The role offers uncapped commissions, sign-on bonus up to $4,000, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus and preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience is required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships to hit sales goals.
• Proactively connect with customers and offer auto, homeowners or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients select the best insurance products.
