Job summary

Confie Insurance Agency in Oakland, CA is seeking an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) with inbound leads and growth mindset. The role offers uncapped commissions, a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, and opportunities to sell auto, homeowners, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• No cold calling; inbound leads provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships with current customers to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Proactively connect with customers to expand auto, homeowners, or health insurance opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system including deposits and documents.
• Be a trusted advisor and help clients choose the insurance products that best fit their needs.
