Life Protect 24/7, Inc. is hiring an Inbound Insurance Qualifier in Clearwater, FL for a full-time position. You will handle inbound calls, verify Medicare eligibility with a script, and transfer qualified callers to Licensed Insurance Agents.

No license or prior insurance experience is required and training is provided. You will qualify callers for Medicare Advantage discussions, follow a simple script, and maintain call volume and basic conversion standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read a script naturally and build quick rapport.
• Ability to multitask (typing and navigating multiple screens while on calls).
• Prioritize and manage time.
• Reliable transportation to work on-site in Clearwater, FL.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls as the first point of contact.
• Verify Medicare Parts A & B eligibility using a script.
• Deliver brief scripted information and transfer qualified callers to Licensed Insurance Agents.
• Qualify inbound callers for Medicare Advantage discussions.
• Follow a simple script with only 1 qualifying question.
• Maintain required call volume and conversion standards.
• Represent the company with professionalism and energy.
