Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in Camp Hill, PA is hiring a full-time Inbound Dockworker.

You will safely load/unload freight from trailers, verify documentation, and use forklift equipment where needed. Prior forklift experience is preferred and English communication is required for effective teamwork. Competitive hourly pay with a $0.70 shift differential, paid vacations, holidays, and health benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience preferred and ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, stage and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Track freight using document management systems across the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal staff and drivers to coordinate shipments.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day, night, weekends and holidays.
• Uphold a customer-service mindset in daily tasks.
