A. Duie Pyle in Pittston, PA is seeking a full-time Inbound Dockworker to safely transport freight on and off trailers and verify documentation. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

The role offers competitive pay starting at $22.80 per hour plus a $0.70 shift differential, a schedule Tuesday to Saturday starting at midnight, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety rules and regulations.
• Read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using appropriate equipment – forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to ensure safe transport.
• Utilize document management system to track and monitor freight shipment locations throughout the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts, weekends and/or holiday work.
• Operate with a customer service first mentality.
