Job summary

Target in Orlando is hiring an Inbound Expert to help guests and keep General Merchandise areas stocked and organized. You will greet guests, assist with back-up cashier duties, and ensure products are accurately priced and available.

The role is fast-paced, demanding physical effort, and requires a welcoming attitude, reliability, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to learn processes and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
