Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc is hiring a full-time Inbound Dockworker in West Chester, PA to safely load/unload freight, verify documentation, and operate forklifts or pallet jacks.

Prior forklift/warehousing experience is preferred; strong safety and English skills are required. Pay starts at $23.55/hr plus $0.70 shift differential, increasing to $29.05 after 12 months. Weekly pay, benefits, and overtime after 40 hours are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience operating forklift or other material handling equipment preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight or logistics preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety rules.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Using document management system to track freight locations.
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate with a customer service mindset.
