A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in York, PA is seeking a full-time Outbound Dockworker to safely load and unload freight, verify documentation, and operate forklifts and related systems. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

You will be part of a team with weekly pay, medical/dental/vision and life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holidays, and profit sharing. Overtime applies after 40 hours and a competitive schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, or logistics is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Track freight locations using document management systems.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate with a customer service mindset.
