Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of dock or leadership experience or completion of Southeastern's Management Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates.
• Coordinate routing of shipments and loading/unloading freight.
• Ensure P&D units close at agreed times and handle special customer requests.
• Plan warehouse layout considering turnover, size and weight of items.
• Maintain loss prevention practices in the Service Center.
• Assign duties and review work for accuracy and policy conformance.
