Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking an Inbound Dock Supervisor in Shreveport, LA. You will oversee dock operations, supervise dock associates, and coordinate loading/unloading of freight, while ensuring timely close-outs and adherence to customer requests.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of dock or leadership experience or completion of Southeastern’s Management Training Program. Third shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of dock or leadership experience or completion of Southeastern’s Management Training Program.
• Ability to supervise dock associates and coordinate workload.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates on the dock and/or yard.
• Coordinate routing of shipments and loading/unloading of freight.
• Ensure P&D close-out is timely and meet customer requests.
• Implement loss prevention plans in the Service Center and monitor risk.
