Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking an Outbound Dock Supervisor to oversee dock operations and supervise dock staff. You will coordinate shipment routing and manage loading/unloading, ensuring P&D units close on time and customer requests are fulfilled promptly.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of dock or leadership experience or completion of Southeast’s Management Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates on the dock and/or yard.
• Coordinate routing of shipments and loading/unloading of freight.
• Ensure P&D units close on time and special customer requests are met.
• Maintain loss prevention and implement process improvements with the team.
• Plan warehouse layout, schedule work, and assign duties with adherence to policy.
