Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking an Outbound Dock Supervisor in Dallas, TX. You will supervise dock staff, coordinate loading and unloading, and oversee shipment routing to ensure on-time P&D closeouts and accuracy.

Responsibilities include planning dock layout, assigning tasks, and enforcing policy conformance while maintaining loss prevention and safe operations. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in dock/leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of dock or leadership experience or completion of Southeastern’s Management Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations and supervise/coordinate dock associates.
• Route shipments and manage loading/unloading of freight.
• Ensure P&D units close at agreed times and accommodate special customer requests.
