Job summary

sefl is seeking an Outbound Dock Supervisor to oversee dock operations, coordinate dock associates, and manage loading/unloading of freight. You will route shipments and ensure P&D units close on time while meeting safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of dock or leadership experience, or completion of Southeast's Management Training Program. Second shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years dock or leadership experience or completion of Southeast's Management Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and routing of shipments.
• Ensure P&D close-out times and timely handling of special customer requests.
• Plan layout of warehouse and storage areas considering turnover and item weight.
• Assign duties and review work for accuracy and policy conformance.
• Maintain focus on risks and implement adequate control measures.
• Ensure load integrity of P&D shipments originating at the Service Center.
• Expedite workflow and pursue continuous process improvements.
