Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of dock or leadership experience or completion of a Management Training Program.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates.
• Coordinate routing of shipments and loading/unloading of freight.
• Ensure P&D units close on time and handle special customer requests.
• Plan warehouse layout and prepare work schedules; assign duties and ensure policy conformance.
• Maintain focus on risks and implement loss prevention measures.
