What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns related to CPAP resupply
- Collect and input patient information into the e-Intake system accurately
- Verify product and service eligibility according to Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations
- Provide basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment and educate patients on supplies
- Manage high volume inbound calls for initial intake and process related patient paperwork

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service background
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
- Familiarity with medical billing practices and insurance policies
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
