Inbound Customer Service Agent - Consumer Relations (Remote)

Join GE Appliances, a Haier company, as an Inbound Customer Service Agent working remotely. We are seeking dedicated professionals to resolve escalated customer issues and create outstanding service experiences. Position Details

• Base pay of $17.00/hour plus incentives, paid weekly
• Training: 10 weeks, full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST
• Post-training shifts: 8 hours within 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer concerns using multiple programs and internal applications
• Follow up via phone, email, or text to ensure customer satisfaction
• Negotiate and find creative solutions for customer issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve concerns effectively
• Complete consumer reviews and ensure case closure with satisfactory outcomes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1-year call-center experience
• At least 2-years escalated customer service experience
• Effective communication skills in English
• Proficiency in computer applications and multitasking
• Previous remote work experience preferred
