Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, call center, or sales preferred.
• Fluent in English with professional verbal communication; bilingual Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners via inbound calls.
• Schedule consultations for the sales team with warm leads.
• Guide homeowners through scheduling while delivering a professional experience.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for calendar placement and smooth handoffs.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by leadership.
