Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role or internship with a sales focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage quickly with leads.
• Comfort with multi-channel outreach (chat, email, phone) and rapid qualification of opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads across chat, email, and phone
• Generate qualified opportunities and clean handoffs for Account Executives
• Develop product knowledge to connect Envoy to a prospect's needs
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to create great customer experiences
• Contribute to team processes and help mentor newer reps as you ramp
