Confie (and its family of companies) is seeking an Insurance Agent- Sales, Customer Service in Garland, TX to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will work with a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, helping clients select the best coverage while meeting sales targets.

The role offers a $12–$18/hour pay range, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training with licensing support.

Formación

• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
