Job summary

Confie in Waco, TX is seeking an Insurance Agent – Sales, Customer Service to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, leveraging a high-volume inbound lead flow and walk-in traffic.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $12-$18 per hour, unlimited commissions, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training, licensing support, and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licenses for insurance are preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
