Job summary

Hope House Colorado is seeking an early learning teacher to join our inaugural staff at the Hope House Colorado Early Learning Center. You will create a safe, engaging environment for infants through Pre-K, working with families and a team to plan developmentally appropriate activities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, or substantial coursework with licensing standards and a PDIS Level 3 Credential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, child development, elementary education or ECE special education or a related field with 36 college credits preferred.
• Meet Colorado State Child Care Licensing educational qualification standards.
• PDIS Level 3 Credential required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with children and families through daily communication.
• Provide nurturing, responsive interactions with each child.
• Ensure health and safety through individualized care.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate daily lessons using Creative Curriculum.
• Foster family engagement with weekly parent cue cards.
• Assist with ongoing professional development to enhance early childhood education practices.
