Nurix Therapeutics is seeking an experienced in vivo pharmacology scientist to advance degrader programs toward the clinic at our Brisbane, CA onsite facility. You will perform mouse efficacy, PK/PD, and mechanism-of-action studies, generating Western blot and flow cytometry data to demonstrate target degradation and pathway modulation.

Ideal candidates hold a BS/MS in biology or related field with extensive in vivo mouse study experience in oncology or inflammation models and a strong track

Qualifikationen

• BS/MS in biology-related field with 8+ years (BS) or 4+ years (MS) of relevant experience.
• Experience conducting in vivo pharmacology studies in mice.
• Proficiency in mouse handling and dosing routes, tissue harvest, and data recording.

Aufgaben

• Perform mouse efficacy, PK/PD, and mechanism studies in oncology and inflammation models.
• Handle mice and dose via PO, IP, SC, and IV; collect tissues.
• Prepare test articles, monitor health, document observations, and accelerate adverse events.
• Perform necropsy and collect tissues for biomarker analyses.
• Conduct Western blotting and capillary formats to measure degradation.
• Develop and run multi-color flow cytometry panels for phenotyping.
• Maintain cell lines and support cell-based assays for in vivo studies.
• Record experiments in electronic lab notebook and present results.
• Collaborate with Biology, Chemistry, DMPK, and Translational teams to design studies.
• Adhere to IACUC protocols and safety requirements; train junior staff.
• Minimal travel (<5%).
