Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Biology, Pharmacology, Immunology, Cancer Biology, or related field with 8+ years (BS) or 4+ years (MS) of relevant experience.
• Industry biotech/pharma experience conducting in‑vivo pharmacology studies in mice.
• Proficiency in mouse handling and dosing via PO, IP, SC, and IV routes, plus blood collection and tissue harvest.
• Experience with oncology models (xenograft, syngeneic) and murine inflammation/immunology models.
• Proficiency in Western blotting and flow cytometry; sterile mammalian cell culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform mouse handling and in‑life procedures across dosing routes and tumor model studies.
• Execute PK/PD, tolerability, and efficacy studies in oncology and inflammatory models.
• Prepare test articles, monitor health, document observations, and escalate adverse events.
• Perform necropsy and collect tissues for biomarker analyses; process samples for downstream assays.
• Maintain and train team members; ensure IACUC compliance and animal welfare.
