Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS with 8+ years of relevant experience or MS with 4+ years in industry.
• In vivo pharmacology studies in mice in biotech/pharma settings.
• Proficiency in mouse handling and various dosing routes (PO, IP, SC, IV).
• Experience with oncology models and murine inflammation models.
• Proficiency in Western blotting and flow cytometry; data analysis.
• Sterile mammalian cell culture; IACUC knowledge.
• Strong documentation, organization, and multi-study management.
• Collaborative, adaptable team player; weekend/off-shift availability as needed.
• Bonus: targeted protein degradation, multi-spectral flow, or in vivo imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform mouse handling and dosing (PO, IP, SC, IV) and collect tissues.
• Execute PK/PD, tolerability, and efficacy studies in oncology and inflammatory models.
• Prepare test articles; monitor health, document observations, escalate events.
• Perform necropsy and collect tissues for biomarker analyses.
• Develop and run multi-color flow cytometry panels for phenotyping.
• Maintain and expand cell lines; support in vivo implantation assays.
• Record data in electronic lab notebook; analyze and present results.
• Collaborate with Biology, Chemistry, DMPK, Translational teams; troubleshoot models.
• Adhere to IACUC protocols and safety requirements; assist training of junior staff.
